I have recently received a request for Zion's Watchtower June 15, 1922. Combing through various anti-Witness sites, I have deduced that the most likely place of interest in the issue would be pages 183-187, in the article: "Seventy Years of Desolation (Part II)." I will reproduce the section in question below.
From what I can gather just from a few fleeting glances, there are some who attempt to apply the phrase "present truth chronology" solely to the 1925 prediction, and thus make it seem as if Bro. Rutherford was speaking as if 1925 was "correct beyond a doubt." But when we take the article as a whole, along with its sister article in the June 1, 1922 Watchtower, it becomes obvious that the afore mentioned conclusion is sorely lacking in substance. The central focus of the entire series of articles was on the 70 years of desolation and its relationship to 607 B.C.E. When Rutherford refers to "present truth chronology," he is referring to the entire system of chronology and historical dates built on the foundation of 607. 1874, 1914, and 1918 were pieces of corroborative evidence for Rutherford in the same sense that the Great Pyramid was corroborative evidence of Biblical events for Russell; but just as the accuracy of the Bible's prophecies are not dependent on corroborative evidence from the Great Pyramid, the accuracy of the 607 date is not entirely dependent on 1874, 1914 and 1918 (they just help out). The 607 date (and by extension "present truth chronology") is based primarily on Biblical and historical evidence, and would still be perfectly accurate even if nothing of significance occurred in 1874, 1914, and 1918.
Please see the following papers:

And that means, of course, that Bro. Rutherford's statement about "present truth chronology" being "Scripturally, scientifically, and historically...correct beyond a doubt" is technically quite true.
And now that the quote in question has been discussed, I will go ahead and reproduce the first few pages of the article just for the sake of having fuller context:
Those who do not have the truth cannot argue against it. If they are opposed to the truth for some reason of their own, then they will try to counteract it by telling things that are not true. But the truth cannot be hidden for long if you are really interested in finding it. Jesus said: “Ye shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free.” -MacMillan
